11 daily routines of the Vietnam People's Army
To maintain the daily and weekly activities of military personnel, the Vietnam People's Army has implemented 11 daily routines. With the continuity of these routines, military personnel not only receive scientific training, practice, and recreation, but also ensure unified and regular unit operations, while facilitating disciplinary management within each unit.
The following are 11 daily routines of the Vietnam People's Army:
1. Raise the national flag.
2. Wake up
3. Morning exercise
4. Check the brightness.
5. Learning
6. Eating and drinking
7. Clean weapons and equipment.
8. Sports , increased production
9. Read newspapers, listen to news.
10. Roll call, troop count
11. Sleep and rest
It is known that the initial time for implementing the "Raising the National Flag" regulation is 5 AM, however, the regulations vary depending on the unit.
For example, schools and training academies that train cadets, non-commissioned officers, and soldiers will have earlier wake-up times, often 15-30 minutes earlier, because they have to conduct classes and start early.
In winter, the alarm will be set 30 minutes later, so the settings will be 30 minutes later. However, from 6 PM onwards, the settings remain the same in both seasons.
On days off, all routines, from alarms to rest periods, are delayed by 30 minutes, except for meal times which are still observed. In the evenings, soldiers are allowed to watch movies and enjoy entertainment according to regulations.
