Youth football is experiencing strong growth. In particular, the model of community and school football clubs is increasingly widespread, receiving attention and attracting a large number of young children to participate in training to improve their health and nurture their dreams of becoming professional players.
Accordingly, the 2023 Ba Ria - Vung Tau Province U.9 Football Tournament, organized for the first time by the Department of Culture and Sports in coordination with various agencies, units, and localities, aims to create a healthy and beneficial playground for children during the summer. Through this, the tournament also contributes to the development of the sports movement in general and football in particular in the province. Importantly, it also serves as a crucial platform for discovering and introducing young football talents to clubs and training centers nationwide.
