The closure of the Provincial Economic Zone Trade Union is in line with the Party and State's policy of streamlining and reorganizing the apparatus, opening a new chapter for trade union organizations in the economic zone. Although the model has changed, the achievements of the trade union organization have made its 20-year journey proud and meaningful.

Twenty collectives and 85 individuals with outstanding achievements in the emulation movement during the 2020-2025 period under the Provincial Economic Zone Trade Union were commended, honored, and rewarded.
Warmth of camaraderie and hard work.
By the end of May 2025, the small roadside house of Ms. Le Thi Thu Ha (born in 1987) and her children in Ninh Hung 1 hamlet (Cha La commune, Duong Minh Chau district) had become warmer.
After nearly a month of construction, the dilapidated, leaky house on a plot of land measuring over 138 square meters has been completely rebuilt with brick walls, a corrugated iron roof, and a dry, cement floor. The house, covering an area of 75 square meters, was constructed with 120 million VND in support from various units, mobilized by the Trade Union of the Tay Ninh Economic Zone .

This is the third "Trade Union Shelter" that the Tay Ninh Economic Zone Trade Union has mobilized units to build and hand over during Workers' Month 2025.
Ms. Ha is a member of the grassroots trade union at Pou Hung Vietnam Co., Ltd. (Cha La Industrial Park). She is also the primary breadwinner, raising two young children alone. She lives in rented accommodation near the company for convenience in commuting to work and caring for her children. Recently, Ms. Ha had an accident and had to take time off work to receive medical treatment.
Considering the circumstances, the Trade Union of Pou Hung Vietnam Co., Ltd. proposed that the higher-level trade union and local authorities consider building a house for the family. Specifically, the District 1 Labor Federation ( Ho Chi Minh City) contributed 60 million VND from the "Trade Union Shelter" Fund; union members and employees of the company contributed 20 million VND; and the remaining amount was contributed by the family and relatives, so that Ms. Ha's family could have stable housing, overcome difficulties, work with peace of mind, and improve their lives.
This is the third "Trade Union Shelter" built through the efforts of the Provincial Economic Zone Trade Union during the 2025 Workers' Month, and also one of 95 "shelters" donated to union members with particularly difficult circumstances working at affiliated grassroots trade unions.

The spirit of "sharing and mutual support" continues to spread strongly. With the theme "Vietnamese workers pioneering into a new era," the Trade Union of the Economic Zone organized a launching ceremony at Thanh Thanh Cong Industrial Park, attracting more than 550 union members and workers.
Here, hundreds of gifts, 3 "Trade Union Shelter" houses, and many meaningful activities were given away - as a token of gratitude to workers for their silent but immense contributions.
This year's Workers' Month was not only successful in terms of scale, but also left a profound mark – thanks to its practicality. It was a place where the Trade Union truly stood alongside and touched the hearts of workers.

In the first six months of 2025, the entire trade union system provided care for over 87,000 workers, with a total expenditure of over 11.3 billion VND – a heartwarming and meaningful figure. Not only during Workers' Month, but from the very first days of the new year, the trade union has ignited a warm atmosphere of Tet (Vietnamese New Year) through meaningful activities.
The "Tet Reunion - Spring Sharing" program and the "Trade Union Tet Market" featured over 40 discounted stalls, thousands of Tet gifts, and hundreds of train and bus tickets donated to disadvantaged union members. The total expenditure for these activities during Tet amounted to over 10 billion VND.

The Trade Union of the Provincial Economic Zone awarded scholarships and gifts to children of workers from disadvantaged backgrounds who have excelled in their studies.
For example, in the "Trade Union Train - Spring 2025" program, 16 union members received round-trip train tickets and cash to return home, demonstrating close attention to the circumstances and lives of individual workers. "Trade Union Meal," a small act, but brimming with sharing.
A 20-year journey of growth and development.
Compared to other provinces and cities in the Southeast region, industrial parks in Tay Ninh were established later. In 1999, according to Decision No. 100 of the Prime Minister, Trang Bang Industrial Park was officially established, with a total area of over 190 hectares, of which industrial land accounts for more than 131 hectares, invested by Tay Ninh Industrial Park Infrastructure Development Joint Stock Company (INDECO).

Saying goodbye to embark on a new journey.
In the context of Tay Ninh province's industrial development, the Trade Union of the Provincial Economic Zone has been affirming its special position as an organization representing workers, a common home, and a place where tens of thousands of workers, who are toiling day and night in factories and production plants, place their trust.
Amidst the challenges many businesses face regarding orders and markets, the Trade Union of the Provincial Economic Zone continues to uphold its goal of caring for, protecting, and supporting its members and workers with responsibility, dedication, and concrete, practical actions.

Celebrating the 20th anniversary of the establishment of the Trade Union of the Economic Zone (2024).
Since its establishment, the Trade Union of the Provincial Economic Zone has tirelessly supported all fronts. Although only a subordinate unit directly above the grassroots level, it has been a model example, ranking first in the province in the emulation movement, and has consistently achieved outstanding results for many years. These achievements are not only a continuation of the tradition of over 20 years of formation and development, but also the final mark acknowledging the persistent, dedicated, and responsible journey of a unique trade union organization – the Trade Union of the Tay Ninh Provincial Economic Zone.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Kim Lien, Chairwoman of the Provincial Economic Zone Trade Union, was recognized as an exemplary advanced individual for the period 2020-2025.
“After 20 years, 8 months, and 25 days of operation, the Provincial Economic Zone Trade Union officially concludes its historical mission. This journey may end organizationally, but the spirit of the Trade Union – for the workers, for sustainable development – will forever be a value inherited and spread in every workplace, in the hearts of every trade union member and worker today and in the future,” shared Nguyen Thi Kim Lien, President of the Provincial Economic Zone Trade Union.
