Accordingly, the entire province has 22 events serving tourists during the April 30th holiday, including 5 provincial-level events; 14 events and activities organized by district-level authorities; 3 activities supported by businesses and organized by the Department of Industry and Trade, along with many culinary and entertainment programs to enhance the tourist experience at resorts and hotels.
Among the five provincial-level events, the Ba Ria-Vung Tau Tourism Music Festival “V-FEST ALLSTAR,” taking place from 7 PM on May 1st at Lam Son Stadium, Vung Tau City, and the “V-FEST EVOLUTION” hot air balloon and music performance throughout May 2nd and 3rd at Ho Tram Beach Square, Xuyen Moc District, are special highlights attracting audiences to attend in person and watch on digital media platforms.
Both events included side activities such as beer spaces, photo opportunities, and networking. Specifically at Ho Tram Beach Square, the evening of May 2nd featured a "Live Band Night" and the evening of May 3rd featured an "Wave Rave Night" with an EDM style.
In addition, from May 1st to 3rd, there will be provincial-level sporting events including: the Artistic Kite Festival, the Open Sailing Championship held at Bai Sau Beach, and the Open Lion and Dragon Dance Competition at the Flagpole Park, Vung Tau City.

Locally, there are also many cultural and sporting events to serve the people and tourists.
Specifically, Vung Tau City will have nightly art performances at Bai Truoc Beach (from April 29th to May 2nd); a book and painting festival "Vung Tau, My Homeland"; fashion shows, circus performances, magic shows, music, modern dance, etc.
Ba Ria City is organizing the "Ba Ria NEW ROAD - 2nd Edition" cycling race (opening ceremony on April 27th at Ba Ria Park).
Phu My City organized an art program themed "The Epic of the Great Victory of Spring" (April 28); a football tournament and a walking event on April 26.
Con Dao District will organize a traditional raft racing competition (April 30th at Pier 914); a food court featuring cuisine from three regions of Vietnam, and an amusement park with folk games (from April 29th to May 3rd).
Long Dat District will feature traditional folk music performances and a variety of arts (April 30th in Phuoc Hai); a food festival, a traditional martial arts competition, the "Long Dat Discovery" running race, a giant kite display (from April 30th to May 3rd), and a U11-U13 football tournament.
Chau Duc District held an art performance titled "The Nation's Complete Joy" (April 24th at the District Administrative Center).
Xuyen Moc District organized a competition and performance of revolutionary songs (from April 25 to 27); and a district-wide marathon (April 27).
The following events are in response: The Department of Industry and Trade is organizing a Flash Sale Holiday Fair (from April 30th to May 4th in Vung Tau City). The Grand Ho Tram will have a music night featuring Korean singers (May 3rd). The Maris Vung Tau will organize a cultural, culinary, and music festival (from April 30th to May 4th).

Speaking at the press conference, Mr. Do Phuoc Trung, Deputy Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, said that the series of events aims to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the liberation of Southern Vietnam and the reunification of the country, while also creating more joyful and memorable experiences for tourists and the people.
The series of events is expected to attract over 50,000 visitors, increasing accommodation revenue by approximately 60 billion VND and generating around 30 billion VND in revenue for food, transportation, shopping, and entertainment services.
