In particular, the production index of several sectors still recorded positive growth rates, such as: mining industry increased by 23.77%; processing and manufacturing industry increased by 11.26%; textile production increased sharply by 74.09%; beverage production increased by 18.33% (including beer production increased by 10.58%, bird's nest drink production increased by 20.16%) thanks to increased consumer demand during the hot season. In addition, the production of pharmaceuticals, chemicals and medicinal materials increased by 18.08%; and the production of transport vehicles increased by 15.57%, mainly due to HD Hyundai Vietnam Shipbuilding Co., Ltd. signing many new production contracts in 2025.

Conversely, some sectors experienced a decline in production indices, such as: electricity production and distribution (down 3.8%); prefabricated metal products (down 2.87%); leather and related products (down 11.44%); and printing and reproduction (a sharp decline of 39.34%).
In April alone, the province's industrial production index is estimated to have decreased by 5.24% compared to March, but increased by 3.31% compared to the same period in April 2024. Specifically, the mining sector decreased by 1.13% compared to the previous month but increased sharply by 63.88% compared to the same period last year; the manufacturing sector decreased by 11.01% compared to March but still increased by 20.51% compared to the same period last year.
