44 projects were awarded the 'Capital Initiative' Certificate

TPO - The Hanoi People's Committee has issued a decision to award the "Capital Initiative" Certificate to 44 works by 66 authors. Notably, among the 44 works, many initiatives are being implemented in projects and units in the city.

Chairman of Hanoi People's Committee Tran Sy Thanh has just signed a Decision to award the "Capital Initiative" Certificate to 44 initiatives of 66 authors.

The initiatives awarded the "Capital Initiative" Certificate this time are in many different fields, from medicine, education, economics , administration... For example, the initiative: 3D graphics software to design architectural plans with precise images, check and detect conflicts between architecture and structure, architectural techniques by author Nguyen Hong Thanh;

Initiative on construction solutions for branch sewer lines using directional horizontal drilling (HDD) at Yen Xa wastewater treatment system project, Hanoi city (package 4); Initiative on creating an electric steam boiler to treat straw and stubble to increase the survival rate of oyster mushroom spawn and increase oyster mushroom productivity (author Nguyen Thi Thanh Xuyen); Model to support youth, autistic people and people with disabilities to develop sustainably in Hanoi city (author Dao Thanh Hoan).

According to regulations, the bonus for each initiative is 3 times the basic salary according to Section 3, Table 01, Appendix 04 issued with Resolution No. 03/2020/NQ-HDND dated July 7, 2020 of the Hanoi People's Council. The bonus is deducted from the City's Emulation and Reward Fund and transferred to the account of the Hanoi Department of Science and Technology for implementation.
