On behalf of the Congress Presidium, comrade Nguyen Duc Trung - Secretary of the 19th Provincial Party Committee presented the personnel plan for the 20th Provincial Party Executive Committee; reported on the personnel plan and nominated the personnel list prepared by the 19th Provincial Party Executive Committee.
Accordingly, the list of proposed personnel for election to the Provincial Party Executive Committee for the 20th term was introduced by the 19th term Executive Committee as 78 comrades for the Congress to select and elect 68 comrades (1 comrade missing) to the new Executive Committee. The project also clearly stated the requirements, standards, structure, and number of members of the Provincial Party Executive Committee for the 20th term, 2025-2030 term; to ensure a reasonable structure of sectors, fields, localities, women, youth, and ethnic minorities.
