70 young men of Dong Hoa ward volunteered to join the army

From October 25 to 29, the Military Service Council (NVQS) of Dong Hoa ward organized a preliminary health examination for military service in 2026 for young men of military age ready to join the army.

Carrying out the work of selecting and calling citizens to join the army in 2026, the Dong Hoa Ward Military Service Council has proactively reviewed, grasped the source, and made a list of qualified young people, ensuring publicity, democracy, and compliance with regulations.

The whole ward has 2,042 young men of military age ready to join the army; after reviewing, the ward Military Service Council issued a preliminary health examination order to 1,130 young men.

Dong Hoa Ward Military Service Council received the volunteer applications of two young men, Nguyen Tan Phat and Tra Thong Nhat.

At the preliminary examination, the young men were examined by doctors for their general physical health such as: height, weight, chest circumference, blood pressure and some other diseases... All citizens consciously complied with the preliminary examination, demonstrating a high sense of responsibility for the task of protecting the Fatherland.

Thereby, 70 young people have volunteered to join the military service in 2026. These are exemplary young people with good moral qualities, qualified in health, qualifications and have the desire to be trained and contribute in the military environment.

It is known that in 2026, Dong Hoa ward was assigned the target of selecting and calling 96 citizens to join the army (of which 80 young people perform military service and 16 citizens perform police service).
