767 businesses participated in the DDCI survey in Ha Tinh.

The survey system for the Provincial Departments, Agencies and District/City People's Committees' Competitiveness Index (DDCI) of Ha Tinh province in 2023 received 767 evaluation forms from businesses, cooperatives, and business households in the province.

Officials from the Ha Tinh Center for Business Development Support and Investment Promotion are reviewing the survey system.

DDCI is a set of indicators for evaluating the competitiveness of provincial-level departments, agencies, and district/city People's Committees. In Ha Tinh, DDCI has been implemented since 2021.

2023 marks the second year of the survey. The DDCI Ha Tinh conducted assessments of 24 provincial-level departments and agencies, and the People's Committees of 13 districts, towns, and cities, with a survey scope of over 2,000 businesses, cooperatives, and business households.

The DDCI index comprises eight component indicators for departments and agencies, including: Transparency and access to information; Dynamism and effectiveness; Time costs; Informal costs; Fair competition; Business support; Legal institutions and security and order; and the role of the head of the agency.

For district-level People's Committees, in addition to the 8 indicators mentioned above, a 9th indicator is added: Access to Land.

The online survey system has officially opened at https://ddcihatinh.vn/khao-sat.html to receive feedback from businesses, cooperatives, and household businesses. To date, after nearly a month of implementation, the system has received 767 survey responses. The majority of these are from businesses, cooperatives, and household businesses located in Hong Linh town (117 responses), Ha Tinh city (104 responses), Huong Son (80 responses), Ky Anh town (76 responses), etc. 767 businesses participated in the DDCI survey in Ha Tinh.

According to the plan, the Provincial Center for Business Development Support and Investment Promotion will compile and announce the survey results at the end of December 2023. Therefore, the center hopes that the business community in the province will take the time to honestly and objectively answer the questions in the survey form evaluating departments, agencies, and the People's Committees of districts, towns, and cities.

The survey results are a valuable source of information that helps the province and the business community to jointly monitor and improve the investment and business environment, as well as the administrative capacity of provincial agencies and localities.
