AIA Quang Nam joins hands to help flood victims

ĐNO - From October 29 to November 6, AIA Quang Nam coordinated with the Da Nang City Border Guard, local authorities and philanthropists to implement the program "AIA supports people in flood-affected areas", promptly providing essential necessities to people severely affected by storms and floods.

For many consecutive days, the relief team went directly to 12 deeply flooded and isolated points in communes and wards of Da Nang city such as: Doan Trai - Xuan Quy block (Ban Thach ward), Dong An village (Que Phuoc commune), Thang Dien commune, Thang Truong commune, Thang An commune, Dai Loc commune, Duy Phuoc commune, Go Noi commune...

The total number of donated goods included 1,050 boxes of instant noodles, more than 8,100 bottles of mineral water and 86 large water jugs, with a total value of 118 million VND, contributed by AIA staff and benefactors.

Mr. Bui Ngoc Ha - Director of AIA Quang Nam General Agency Office said that each gift, though small, is a heart of sharing, demonstrating the spirit of mutual love of the AIA collective. Hopefully, this timely support will help people soon overcome difficulties and stabilize their lives.
