Warm Program "Lighting up the dream of reform"

On August 21, Lao Cai Provincial Youth Union coordinated with Hong Ca Prison to organize the program "Lighting up the dream of rehabilitation" in 2025.

Educational psychologist talks with Hong Ca Prison officers.

At the program, educational psychology experts informed about the humane policies of the Party and State; discussed and shared life skills, legal orientation, support, and provided educational opportunities, vocational training, and psychological counseling for prisoners.

Along with that, the program's Organizing Committee also organized cultural exchange activities and sharing between union members, youth, prison officers and prisoners with good reform achievements.

Educational psychologists listen to the sharing and thoughts of reformed and well-trained prisoners.

On this occasion, the program's Organizing Committee presented 15 gifts to prisoners with good achievements in labor, reform and training (photo below).

“Lighting up the dream of reformation” is a meaningful activity, motivating those who have made mistakes, spreading the spirit of responsibility to the community, contributing to preventing, fighting and eliminating social evils.
