Amway is in the top 6 best places to work in Vietnam 2025

On May 23, Amway Vietnam - the leading brand in health care, proudly announced two outstanding achievements, which are the top 6 "Best Workplaces in VietnamTM 2025" in the medium-sized enterprise category and the second time being certified "Great Place to Work" (Great Place to Work Certification).

This designation is recognized by Great Place To Work®, the prestigious global organization for corporate culture.

Amway is in the Top 6 of "Vietnam's Best Workplaces 2025" for the first time

Of the 168 businesses certified as Great Place to Work® in Vietnam this year, only the top 25 were honored in the Vietnam 2025 Best Workplaces ranking. Amway Vietnam is proud to be included in this prestigious ranking for the first time, and is especially ranked in the top 6 in the Medium Enterprise category, affirming its excellent working environment and proud corporate culture.

This prestigious ranking is built from anonymous survey data from more than 113,000 employees in Vietnam. Through the proprietary Trust Index™ tool with 60 qualitative questions and two open-ended questions, Great Place To Work ® measures the core values ​​that make up an excellent workplace. From there, it measures the three main relationships that drive employees' experiences at work - relationships with managers, colleagues and work. Each company participating in the survey must comply with an in-depth assessment program with strict criteria for an ideal working environment.

According to the survey results, 97% of Amway Vietnam's staff rated this as a top working environment. Notably, the company achieved 100% of the survey criteria (25/25), with 23 criteria exceeding 95%. These figures demonstrate the effectiveness of human resources policies and sustainable, people-centered cultural development that the company has continuously built and improved over the past years.

Better, Healthier You program aims to build healthy exercise and nutrition habits for Amway employees.
