This is an annual event directed by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs , organized by the Diplomatic Service Department in coordination with the State Protocol Department, the Information and Press Department, the World and Vietnam Newspaper, and other agencies of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs . This year marks the 13th edition of the festival.
120 booths from embassies, consulates, foreign cultural centers, local foreign affairs departments, domestic and international businesses.
At the press conference on November 11th, representatives of the organizing committee stated that this year's theme aims to celebrate cuisine as a journey of emotions and connections, where each dish is not just a flavor but also a story about the culture, history, and identity of each nation.
Through each dish, diners not only share flavors but also share creativity, mutual understanding, and foster a spirit of cooperation.
Unlike previous editions, the 2025 International Food Culture Festival will feature significant innovations in its organization and event experience.
For the first time, the organizers applied digital technology with a Digital Interactive Corner, where visitors can look up program information, view event maps, learn about the signature dishes of each country, and participate in modern multimedia experiences.
