'Eat the world' in Hanoi

The 2025 International Culinary Culture Festival's taste journey across five continents on November 22 and 23 at the Diplomatic Corps (298 Kim Ma, Hanoi) attracted more than 120 booths, converging the quintessence of global cuisine.

This is an annual event directed by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs , organized by the Department of Diplomatic Corps Services in coordination with the State Protocol Department, the Department of Information and Press, the World and Vietnam Newspaper and other agencies of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs . This year is the 13th festival season.

120 booths from embassies, consulates, foreign cultural centers, local foreign affairs departments, domestic and international enterprises.

At the press conference to inform about the event on the morning of November 11, the representative of the organizing committee said that this year's theme is to honor cuisine as a journey of emotions and connections, where each dish is not only about flavor but also about the culture, history and identity of each country.

Through each dish, diners not only share flavors but also share creativity, understand each other and inspire the spirit of cooperation.

Unlike previous editions, the 2025 International Culinary Culture Festival has strong innovations in event organization and experience.

For the first time, the organizers applied digital technology with a Digital Interactive Corner, where visitors can look up program information, view event maps, learn about typical dishes of each country, and participate in modern multimedia experiences.

In addition, there are a series of new and creative activities such as Borderless Food Diary, Fashion Food Show, Global Beer Fest; ASEAN Common Roof areas, Global Food Avenue, Three regions of Vietnam ...
