On the afternoon of September 28, at the National Assembly House, National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man chaired a ceremony to welcome Chairman of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation Vyacheslav Volodin, who led a high-ranking Russian delegation to pay an official visit to Vietnam and co-chair the 4th meeting of the Inter-Parliamentary Cooperation Committee between the National Assembly of Vietnam and the State Duma of the Russian Federation from September 28-29.
