"The Legend of the Condor Heroes" could not save Tran Do Linh's career.

The movie "The Legend of the Condor Heroes" 2024 version (also known as: Kim Dung's martial arts world ) is becoming a controversial topic with the audience.

Previously, the film attracted attention because it was a project to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the birth of the late writer Kim Dung. The film consists of 60 episodes, divided into five parts: Iron-blooded Dan Tam, Dong Ta Tay Doc, Nam De Bac Cai, Cuu Am Chan Kinh and Hoa Son Luan Kiem. Each part has a director in charge.

However, "The Legend of the Condor Heroes 2024" was not highly appreciated when it was released. Because many experts said that the film's plot was too familiar to the audience, it was difficult to create something new.

As expected, the work was released online on the Tencent platform (China) from mid-June 2024 in silence, completely obscured among the famous films released at the same time.

Then, the producer of the new version of "The Legend of the Condor Heroes" suddenly announced that it would stop airing after 30 episodes, when it was only halfway through and was still in the "Iron Blood and Heart" part by director Tu Binh.

The sudden stop of "Condor Hero 2024" shows the failure of the film crew.

Many speculated that the film's viewership was so bad that the publisher Tencent removed the project. Other information said that the crew decided to withdraw the film because they wanted to edit the content to save the project.

Therefore, when the two actors stand next to each other, they do not give the feeling of a married couple, but rather like father and daughter.

According to Sohu, the audience believes that the film crew's fatal weakness is choosing actors who are not suitable for the character. In particular, Tran Do Linh's role is typical.

Tran Do Linh has not learned his lesson after "Hoa Thien Cot"

Tran Do Linh is a rather unfortunate case among the young female stars of Chinese cinema today. Although she had a good start with successful projects, later on, she is running out of steam because of choosing the wrong script and role.

The movie "Hua Thien Cot" in which she played a role had a disastrous box office revenue of 4.82 million yuan after 3 days of screening.

While the film invested about 100 million yuan (about 348 billion VND).

The film only received a rating of 4.8 points on Maoyan platform (a platform where tickets must be paid to be rated). Most of the audience commented on this platform: "The film is a waste of money".

With such low revenue, Tran Do Linh's reputation was seriously affected. She was criticized for not being able to surpass the shadow of her senior Trieu Le Dinh when playing the role of Tieu Cot in the film.

Thus, from the two projects "The Legend of the Condor Heroes 2024" and "Hoa Thien Cot", it can be said that the wrong direction leading to the failure of the beauty Tran was choosing remake projects that were too classic, unable to surpass the shadow of previous stars. Meanwhile, Tran Do Linh was still quite young, did not have much acting experience, so when acting in films that became the childhood of the audience, she was constantly compared and criticized.
