Apple releases iOS 18.1 beta 7

One week after Apple released the sixth beta of iOS 18.1, iPadOS 18.1, the company has officially released the seventh beta. This update is for developers to test Apple's features in advance.

Reportedly, iOS 18.1 beta 7 has build number 22B5075a. The update is currently only available to beta testers, with the public beta expected to launch later this week.

Developers can now download the update by going to Settings - General - Software Update.

Note: Although iOS 18.1 is supported on all iPhones compatible with iOS 18, users need to use an iPhone 15 Pro or iPhone 16 series to experience Apple Intelligence features.

iOS 18.1 reportedly brings Apple Intelligence's first features, such as Writing Tools, Reduce Interruptions, and notification summaries. Siri's design has been completely revamped and now includes the option to input your queries. The Mail app has added new features such as message summaries, priority sorting, and smart replies.

Other changes include a new Focus mode called "Reduce Interruption," a new Clean Up feature in Photos, Notification Summaries, and more.
