Ms. Do Thi Hong was elected to the position of Chairperson of the People's Committee of Long Dat District.

(NLĐO) - The People's Council of Long Dat district, Ba Ria - Vung Tau province, held its first meeting to consolidate its organizational structure and elect officials in accordance with the law.

On the morning of January 1st, the Long Dat District People's Council (Ba Ria - Vung Tau province), first term, 2021-2026, held its first meeting to consolidate its organizational structure and elect officials as stipulated by law.

With 52 out of 52 delegates in attendance, the Long Dat District People's Council meeting reviewed, discussed, and approved proposals for personnel nominations and proceeded to elect key officials.

The Long Dat District People's Council successfully held its first session.

Ms. Le Thi Ngoc Hanh (born in 1984) was elected as the Chairperson of the Long Dat District People's Council, term I, 2021-2026, with 100% of the votes in favor.

Mr. Nguyen Minh Phong (born in 1978) was elected as Vice Chairman of the District People's Council (receiving 51 out of 52 votes); at the same time, the heads and deputy heads of the committees of the Long Dat District People's Council were elected.

Ms. Do Thi Hong (born in 1975) was elected as the Chairwoman of the Long Dat District People's Committee with 50 out of 52 votes in favor.

Ms. Do Thi Hong was elected to the position of Chairperson of the People's Committee of Long Dat District.

The four Vice Chairmen of the District People's Committee are Mr. Tran Kim Phuc (born in 1971); Mr. Hong Nhu Vang (born in 1980); Mr. Vo Minh Tuan (born in 1983); and Mr. Le Huu Hien (born in 1983).

The session also approved the number of members of the Committees of the Long Dat District People's Council; the plan for organizing the sessions of the Long Dat District People's Council in 2025. At the same time, it approved the Resolution establishing specialized agencies of the Long Dat District People's Committee (based on the merger of the specialized agencies of the former Long Dien and Dat Do districts); and approved the results of the election of the Long Dat District People's Assessors, term I, 2021-2026.
