"The Queen of the Tower" is a highly anticipated Hong Kong film. It opens with a lavish wedding in Europe between Wang Jin-Tao, Chairman of the Ming Lang Group, and Dong Yi-Yan, a renowned heart surgeon.
However, tragedy struck unexpectedly when Tiến Đào, along with his two sons and grandson, perished in a plane crash, plunging the Vương family and the Minh Lãng Group into crisis.


After the accident, Nhat Nghien had to face suspicion from her husband's family.
Amidst a fierce power struggle, Nhat Nghien faces suspicion from her family, takeover plots from rival Kha Vinh Thanh, and intrigues within the corporation.
Besides the typical business war element, the film also delves deeply into medical themes, professional pressures, and ethical issues within the healthcare industry. Notably, the film boasts a large-scale production with many large-scale scenes filmed in Prague (Czech Republic), from a fairytale wedding to dramatic accident and business war sequences.
