According to the National Center for Meteorological and Hydrological Forecasting, on March 25th, both day and night, Northern Vietnam and North Central Vietnam will experience fog and cold weather in the early morning.

In the Northwest region, there will be showers and thunderstorms, with the possibility of tornadoes, lightning, hail, and strong gusts of wind during the thunderstorms.

South Central Vietnam, the Central Highlands, and Southern Vietnam will have sunny days; Southeastern Vietnam will experience hot weather with temperatures above 35 degrees Celsius.

Referring to the harmful effects of fog, Nguyen Van Huong, Head of the Weather Forecasting Department at the National Center for Meteorological and Hydrological Forecasting, said that fog reduces visibility, potentially endangering traffic, especially on national highways and in airport areas, and traps smoke, dust, and harmful substances in the air.

To minimize the impact of fog, people should wear medical masks when going outside to protect themselves from toxic fumes in the fog, keep warm, and avoid leaving clothes to dry outdoors overnight.

Before wearing clothes, people should iron them to kill mold, supplement their diet to boost their immune system, and avoid going out too early in the morning...
