A place that fosters a spirit of community service.
As a doctor, lecturer, and Secretary of the Youth Union of the School of Medicine - University of Medicine and Pharmacy Ho Chi Minh City, I send to the 13th National Youth Union Congress my belief, expectations, and responsibility as young people in the health sector in this new era.

I hope the Congress will continue to affirm the role of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union as an important environment for young people to cultivate ideals, character, knowledge, and aspirations for contribution. For medical students and young people in the healthcare sector, the Union is not only a place to organize movements but also an environment to nurture compassion, a spirit of community service, and professional responsibility.
I expect the new term will provide stronger guidance for young people in digital transformation, scientific research, innovation, and the application of technology to public health care. At the same time, there is a need for more programs to support health science students in developing professional skills, communication skills with patients, interdisciplinary work capabilities, and a lifelong learning spirit.
I believe that Vietnamese youth in this new term will be more courageous, more creative, more humane, and more ready to dedicate themselves to a healthy, civilized, and developed country.

Supporting young people in mastering technology.
As a young person from Generation Z, I am always proud to be a member of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union. Looking forward to this National Congress of the Youth Union, I hope that the organization will become even stronger and a reliable companion for young people in the digital age.

My greatest expectation is that the Youth Union will continue to promote digital transformation programs and enhance the international integration capacity of young people. In the context of globalization, young people urgently need in-depth academic platforms, practical soft skills training courses, and opportunities to access modern technology.
I hope the Youth Union can act as a bridge, guiding and supporting young people to master technology, transforming the challenges of the 4.0 era into breakthrough opportunities for the younger generation.
In addition, I hope the Youth Union will pay more attention to movements such as: Young Innovators and Green Entrepreneurship. Let's create conditions, mechanisms, and resources so that the creative ideas of students can not only remain at the competition level but also be put into practice, contributing sustainable value to the community.

In recent years, the Youth Union's dialogue forums have shown significant innovation, attracting many opinions and initiatives from Youth Union members and young people nationwide. This demonstrates that young people today not only want to be heard but also want to directly contribute to the development of society and the country.
From the perspective of a law student, I hope the Youth Union will focus more on raising legal awareness, civic consciousness, and resilience among young people in the context of a rapidly developing digital society. I hope there will be more legal forums, mock trials, debate competitions, and legal education programs in creative and student-friendly formats.
In the context of international integration and digital transformation, I believe that young people need not only enthusiasm but also knowledge, digital skills, foreign languages, and an adaptable spirit to be ready to contribute and grow.
