On the afternoon of April 9, the Party Committee and Command of the Border Guard of Quang Ninh province held a conference to hand over the responsibilities and tasks of the Deputy Political Commissar and Deputy Commander of the Provincial Border Guard.
Implementing the decisions on personnel of the Ministry of National Defense , appointing for a term Senior Lieutenant Colonel Le Quang Chieu, Chief of Political Affairs, to hold the position of Deputy Political Commissar; Senior Lieutenant Colonel Dang Minh Duc, Head of Logistics - Technical Department, to hold the position of Deputy Commander of the Provincial Border Guard.
Speaking at the handover conference, Colonel Nguyen Quang Hoa, Commander of the Provincial Border Guard, praised and acknowledged the contributions and growth during the working process of comrades Le Quang Chieu and Dang Minh Duc.
The Commander of the Provincial Border Guard also requested the two comrades to continue to promote their capacity, intelligence, pioneering and exemplary role; uphold the spirit of solidarity and unity; in their new positions, together with the Party Committee and Command, continue to lead and direct the unit to successfully complete all tasks; build a clean and strong Party Committee, a comprehensively strong unit, "Exemplary model"; and perform well the task of protecting national border security and sovereignty in the new situation.
