On the morning of August 28, 2025, comrade Pham Minh Luyen, Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department, and the working delegation came to work and survey the implementation of propaganda and mass mobilization tasks from the beginning of 2025 to present in Phu Tan commune, Ca Mau province.

Phu Tan Commune was established from the merger of Tan Hai Commune and Phu Tan Commune (old) according to Resolution No. 1655/NQ-UBTVQH15, dated June 19, 2025 of the Standing Committee of the National Assembly , with a natural area of ​​101.7 ^km2 , a population of 33,381 people, with 17 hamlets. Geographical location: to the East borders Nguyen Viet Khai Commune, to the West borders the West Sea, to the South borders Cai Doi Vam Commune, to the North borders Phu My Commune and Song Doc Commune; there are seaports leading to the West Sea (such as My Binh, Cai Cam and Cong Nghiep seaports), with potential and advantages for developing aquaculture and fisheries. Phu Tan Commune Party Committee has a total of 31 Party cells under the Party Committee: 14 grassroots Party cells (02 agency Party cells; 01 police Party cell, 01 military Party cell; 09 school Party cells, 01 medical Party cell) and Hamlet 17 Party cell, with 646 Party members , 182 female Party members, 04 ethnic Party members, 04 religious Party members , 25 retired party members; 25 party members exempted from activities (of which 15 comrades work far away).

At the working session, the delegation listened to the Phu Tan Commune Party Committee report on the implementation of propaganda and mass mobilization tasks from the beginning of 2025 to present; the dissemination, propaganda and implementation of the Party's resolutions; the supervision of the dissemination and implementation of the conclusions of the 12th Conference of the 13th Party Central Committee; the implementation of the arrangement of the apparatus and operation of the two-level local government. In the past time, the Commune Party Committee regularly directed the promotion of propaganda and implementation of the Party's guidelines, resolutions, directives and conclusions; the State's policies and laws, in conjunction with activities to celebrate important national holidays and events; focusing on directing production development; Building cultural life, building new rural areas, civilized urban areas for retired cadres, key cadres and directing extensive propaganda to party members, resulting in 586/646 party members participating, accounting for 90.71% of the total number of party members. The operation of the two-level government has basically been stable ; the socio-economy continues to develop; national defense and security are maintained; the apparatus of the Party Committee and government operates smoothly. without interruption ; proactively grasp public opinion; people trust the leadership of the Party, the management and administration of the State ; cases are promptly resolved by the government, no hot spots occur; cadres, party members and people highly agree on the 2-level local government model, creating a good premise for the task of local socio -economic development.

Concluding the working session, comrade Pham Minh Luyen highly appreciated the achievements of Phu Tan commune in propaganda and mass mobilization work since the beginning of the year. He emphasized that the commune has made many efforts in all aspects, especially in preparing conditions for organizing the Party Congress. He hoped that in the coming time, the Party Committee and the commune government would continue to promote the spirit of solidarity, proactiveness and creativity in performing tasks; strengthen the grasp of social thoughts and moods, promptly resolve arising issues right at the grassroots level; pay attention to leading and implementing the strengthening of coordination in propagating and mobilizing people to well implement the Party's guidelines, policies and laws of the State; well implement social security work, mobilize gratitude funds, funds for the poor... to promptly support people in difficult circumstances.
