Thai Nguyen: Allocating funds to give gifts to people on the occasion of National Day September 2

According to the Decision, the total allocated budget is over 174 billion VND, from the targeted additional central budget for local budgets and the provincial budget reserve in 2025 .

It is known that, along with implementing the policy of giving gifts to the people, authorities at all levels in Thai Nguyen province are also promoting many activities to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day September 2, including propaganda work, education on historical traditions, organizing cultural - artistic, physical training - sports activities, and patriotic emulation movements.

These activities aim to honor historical values, while encouraging the spirit of solidarity and creativity of all classes of people in the cause of building and developing Thai Nguyen homeland.

Resolution No. 263/NQ-CP dated August 29, 2025 on giving gifts to all people on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day September 2. The gift amount is 100,000 VND/person, paid in cash. Vietnamese citizens and people of Vietnamese origin whose nationality has not been determined but have residence papers in Vietnam, have been updated in the National Population Database (as of August 30, 2025). Gift giving is carried out by household, can be received directly at the locality or via the VNeID electronic identification application, bank account.
