New compulsory social insurance contribution level for military personnel from October 2, 2025
On August 19, 2025, the Ministry of National Defense issued Circular No. 90/2025/TT-BQP guiding the implementation of compulsory social insurance for military personnel and those working in key positions receiving salaries as military personnel. The Circular takes effect from October 2, 2025.
