Mr. Tran Van Minh Quan, Chairman of the People's Committee of Chan May - Lang Co Commune (Hue City), said that heavy rains in recent days have caused a landslide along the Bu Lu River bank through Thuy Yen Thuong village with a length of about 100m, posing a risk to the houses, property and lives of many households.

The forces mobilized vehicles and used materials such as wooden stakes, tarpaulins, soil, and rocks to fill and reinforce the eroded bank, promptly preventing the risk of landslides spreading, and ensuring safety for neighboring residential areas.
