This proposal was made by the People's Committee of Khanh Hoa province based on the consensus of the Government Inspectorate at the working session on August 28.

According to Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee, these are projects that have had inspection conclusions from the Government Inspectorate, inspection conclusions from the Central Inspection Committee , investigation results or verdicts.

As for the Dam Ca Na New Urban Area project and the Dinh Riverbank New Urban Area, there have been previous inspection and examination conclusions from the Inspectorate of the Ministry of Planning and Investment, the Ministry of Construction and the Provincial Inspectorate.

Removing the above 8 projects from the inspection list will help Khanh Hoa province immediately carry out tasks to remove difficulties and promote project progress. Solve long-standing problems, risks of loss and waste of land resources. At the same time, help the locality focus resources to handle the remaining projects.
