VNG Group started 2026 with impressive first-quarter results, recording consolidated net revenue of VND 2,785 billion, a 32% increase compared to the same period last year. Adjusted operating profit (AOP) reached VND 470 billion, a sharp 154% increase compared to the same period in 2025. Meanwhile, after-tax profit reached VND 125 billion, continuing the recovery trend thanks to double-digit revenue growth in many key business segments and maintaining effective cost discipline.   Business performance   In the first quarter of 2026, the Group recorded strong growth in both revenue and operational efficiency. Commenting on these results, Mr. Kelly Wong, CEO of VNG, said: “It is clear that our business segments are no longer growing in isolation. All four segments are growing together as a unified ecosystem, significantly improving the Group's revenue generation efficiency. Combined with operational discipline, we can reinvest more heavily in areas with strong growth potential, especially in sectors where data, users, AI, and infrastructure can create synergistic effects.
