To ensure electricity supply to meet the socio -economic development requirements of the province, Ha Nam Electricity Company and electricity distribution and retail units in the area, based on the 2025 Electricity Supply Plan in the province approved by the Provincial People's Committee, proactively develop scenarios and plans to ensure electricity supply for loads in the area. At the same time, proactively coordinate with departments, branches, local authorities and electricity customers to synchronously and effectively deploy electricity saving solutions according to Directive No. 20/CT-TTg of the Prime Minister and Plan No. 1313/KH-UBND of the Provincial People's Committee.
Focus on quickly and drastically implementing assigned power projects and works, ensuring progress, quality, efficiency, early completion and putting into operation, improving safety, reliability and flexibility in power supply for loads in the area. Proactively implement maintenance solutions and prepare spare materials and equipment for replacement on the distribution grid, minimizing incidents, repairs and power supply interruptions during operation. Guide, support and create the most favorable conditions for people and businesses to install and use self-produced and self-consumed rooftop solar power according to the provisions of Decree No. 58/ND-CP of the Government . Further enhance the efficiency of power supply management and operation, minimize power loss and incidents on the grid. Closely and promptly coordinate, support and guide customers in using electricity during the implementation of programs to manage electricity demand, adjust load, use electricity economically and effectively, etc.
Along with promoting the propaganda of electricity saving practices to electricity users, departments, branches, People's Committees of districts, cities and towns closely and effectively coordinate, support investors of electricity projects to promptly remove difficulties and obstacles in the implementation of construction of electricity projects, related procedures on: agreement on construction locations of electricity pole foundations, transformer stations; line route; approval of investment policy; land use needs for projects; compensation for site clearance, land recovery, land allocation, ... to ensure that projects and works are invested and constructed according to the set schedule, meeting the electricity demand for production and people's lives.
Electricity customers in the province need to increase the implementation of thorough and effective electricity saving solutions, such as: limiting electricity use, turning off unnecessary electrical equipment during peak hours from 12:00 to 15:00 and from 21:00 to 24:00; making the most of natural light and ventilation; using equipment with high energy efficiency, labeled with energy; setting the air conditioner to 27 degrees Celsius, not opening the door when using air conditioning; turning off electrical equipment when not in use, when leaving the office, when working hours are over; increasing the use of heating, lighting, cooling, air conditioning equipment... using solar energy; not operating equipment, motors during underload or overload; not operating or using many high-capacity electrical equipment at the same time; Conduct inspection and review of the electrical system, promptly repair and fix any problems in the electrical system that pose a risk of electrical leakage, power loss, and overload during the transmission process; develop flexible and proactive production plans and strategies, especially during the peak months of the dry season...
For restaurants, hotels, commercial service establishments, office complexes and apartment buildings, in addition to complying with general requirements on energy saving practices, they must also turn off or reduce at least 50% of the outdoor advertising lighting capacity during the evening peak of the power system... Key energy-using establishments and electricity customers in industrial zones and clusters must implement energy-saving solutions to ensure saving at least 2% of electricity consumption per unit of product per year or must save at least 2% of total electricity consumption in the year, review and ensure compliance with the provisions of the Law on Economical and Efficient Use of Energy and related legal documents.
