The plan aims to select and appoint a team of labor mediators that meet the prescribed standards and conditions and practical requirements; contributing to building harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations in enterprises according to management requirements in the two-level local government model.
Accordingly, the total number of labor mediators to be selected and appointed in 2025 is 217 people, of which: 190 people are appointed; 27 people are reappointed; the maximum appointment term is not more than 5 years. The selection time is according to the announcement of the Hanoi Department of Home Affairs.
Candidates for the selection of labor mediators must meet the following criteria: Being a Vietnamese citizen, having full civil act capacity as prescribed by the Civil Code; having good health and moral qualities; having a university degree or higher and having at least 3 years of work experience in a field related to labor relations; not being under criminal prosecution or having completed a sentence but not having had the criminal record cleared.
The City People's Committee assigned the Department of Home Affairs to preside over, guide, and publicize information; receive and appraise dossiers, submit them to the Chairman of the City People's Committee for consideration and appointment; the People's Committees of communes and wards directed the Department of Culture and Social Affairs to coordinate in implementing the plan, announcing and publicizing information, receiving dossiers, and reporting to the Department of Home Affairs.
This plan replaces Plan No. 47/KH-UBND dated February 19, 2025 of Hanoi City People's Committee.
