At the ceremony, delegates and people reviewed the glorious 95-year tradition of the Vietnam Fatherland Front .

The summary report of the work of the front and the patriotic emulation movement in 2025 of Residential Area 47 shows that the locality has achieved many encouraging results: Maintaining the rate of 95% of households achieving the title of Cultural Family, both residential groups achieving the title of Cultural Residential Group. Notably, Residential Area 47 no longer has poor and near-poor households.

Social security work is focused on with the Women's and Veterans Association creating conditions for members to borrow more than 2.3 billion VND to develop their businesses. The residential area also actively contributed to various funds with a total amount of more than 82 million VND, excellently performing the task of voluntary blood donation and giving gifts to 65 disadvantaged families during Tet.

Praising the achievements of Residential Area 47, Party Secretary and Chairman of the People's Council of Van Mieu - Quoc Tu Giam Ward, Do Trong Nam, emphasized: "The National Great Unity Day is an opportunity for us to consolidate and further strengthen the strength of the great unity bloc, promote the spirit of mutual love and solidarity, join hands to build an increasingly civilized and happy residential community. The achievements in the past time are vivid proof of the consensus and joint efforts of each resident in the residential area."

The Party Secretary of the ward also informed about the general achievements of Van Mieu - Quoc Tu Giam ward in 2025, especially after more than 4 months of operation under the two-level local government model. All aspects of work from economy , urban order management, culture - society to digital transformation have achieved positive results, with the rate of administrative records resolved on time reaching 100%.

He emphasized that these results were thanks to the solidarity, responsibility, and creativity of the political system and the consensus and great contributions of the people of the entire ward. He hoped that Residential Area 47 would continue to be the leading flag in promoting the spirit of solidarity, patriotic emulation, and successfully building a model residential area...
