Phat Chi Residential Area is located along Highway 20. The entire group has 6 residential groups, more than 400 households with over 2,000 people. Most of the people live on farming, growing coffee, tea, roses and flowers in greenhouses.

In recent years, the Movement "All people unite to build new rural areas and civilized urban areas" in the residential area has been effectively implemented, strongly promoting the spirit of solidarity, helping each other develop the economy , sustainably reduce poverty and build a cultural life.

The TDP Front Working Committee coordinated with organizations to propagate and mobilize people to actively apply scientific and technical advances in agricultural production, and change the crop structure to suit local conditions. People participated in technical training courses and implemented the model of "Exchanging pesticide packaging for labor protection equipment". Thanks to that, the rate of well-off and rich households increased, there were no more poor and near-poor households; 100% of workers had stable jobs.

Resource mobilization was focused on: People in the group contributed more than 1 billion VND to join the State in building a 1,800m long road to the Cua Am production area, with a total cost of over 3.4 billion VND; organized 12 "Green Sunday" campaigns with 256 participants. The group also mobilized to make 320 national flag stands with a cost of more than 41 million VND, contributing to creating a bright - green - clean - beautiful landscape.

Comrade Nguyen Thanh Minh, Provincial Party Committee member, Head of Lam Dong Provincial People's Procuracy, delivered a congratulatory speech to the people of Phat Chi Residential Area on the occasion of the National Great Unity Day.

The movement “All people unite to build a cultural life” has spread widely: 400/400 households registered as cultural families, 396 households met the standards (99%). Cultural, artistic, physical training, education promotion, and community health care activities are maintained regularly; 100% of school-age children go to school, with no dropouts. Food hygiene and safety and disease prevention are ensured.

In the field of environment, the people of Phat Chi residential group have actively cleaned, dredged sewers, planted and cared for trees, and installed lighting systems along the entire inter-group road. The Front Work Committee coordinated with organizations to propagate and mobilize people to comply with the Party's policies and the State's laws, maintain security and order; military service reached 100%.

Speaking at the festival, comrade Nguyen Thanh Minh acknowledged and praised the spirit of solidarity and consensus of the cadres and people of Phat Chi residential group in implementing patriotic emulation movements well, contributing to the development of Xuan Truong ward - Da Lat.

He emphasized: "The National Great Unity Day has become a vivid proof, a symbol of the strength of solidarity, contributing significantly to the successful implementation of economic, cultural, social, defense and security development tasks in residential areas in particular and the whole country in general."

He hoped that in the coming time, the people in Phat Chi residential area would continue to thoroughly grasp and effectively implement the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's laws and policies; improve the quality of the Campaign "All people unite to build new rural areas and civilized urban areas".
