How to choose a topic and develop a decisive, socially responsible approach to its implementation; the necessary equipment for journalists; how to bring issues to the attention of relevant authorities; how to conduct investigative reporting for national journalism awards…

Through the training, officials, reporters, and editors of Hoa Binh Newspaper grasped the basic knowledge and skills of investigative reporting, as well as "igniting" and inspiring reporters to approach, develop, and invest in producing high-quality investigative reports. In particular, the training helped reporters and editors understand that to successfully conduct investigative reporting, journalists need to possess three qualities: courage, knowledge, and professional skills. Therefore, journalists need to improve their skills and abilities.
