Speaking at the press conference, Comrade Nguyen Manh Tuan, Editor-in-Chief of Hoa Binh Newspaper, Chairman of the Provincial Journalists Association emphasized: Organizing contests on Hoa Binh Newspaper in 2023 - 2025 aims to innovate the form of information and propaganda, improve the quality of press works in the new situation, contributing to bringing the Resolution of the Party Congresses at all levels, the Resolution of the 17th Provincial Party Congress, term 2020 - 2025 into life; promote emulation propaganda to achieve achievements to welcome the Party Congresses at all levels for the term 2025 - 2030 and celebrate major holidays of the year.

At the same time, discover and commend innovative, creative and effective ways to bring the Party Congress Resolution into life; promptly and vividly reflect many typical collectives and individuals in the province's patriotic emulation movement. The two competitions take place from September 1, 2023 to May 20, 2025.
The entries for the writing contest on the theme "Peace - Aspiration for Development" are in the categories of reflection, memoir - reportage, notes, investigative reportage... The award structure includes: 1 special prize (10 million VND); 2 first prizes (7 million VND/prize); 4 second prizes (5 million VND/prize); 6 third prizes (3 million VND/prize); 10 consolation prizes (2 million VND/prize).
The works submitted to the 3rd "Beauty of Hoa Binh" Press Photo Contest are photos taken in Hoa Binh province; single color photos, photo groups, photo reports; new photos, real people, real events, ensuring the criteria of press photos, not technically processed to change the content and nature of the event; not participated in competitions inside and outside the province. The prize structure includes: 1 first prize (5 million VND); 2 second prizes (4 million VND/prize); 3 third prizes (3 million VND/prize); 5 consolation prizes (1 million VND/prize).
At the press conference, the Organizing Committee and representatives of agencies and units exchanged, discussed and clarified some contents about the rules and requirements of the entries.
