Khanh Hoa Newspaper and units hand over gratitude houses to near-poor households in Suoi Cat commune

On June 27, Khanh Hoa Newspaper coordinated with the Khanh Hoa Provincial Red Cross Society and the People's Committee of Suoi Cat Commune (Cam Lam District) to organize a ceremony to hand over a house of gratitude to Mr. Mang Dong's family (Suoi Lau 1 Village, Suoi Cat Commune) - a near-poor household in the locality.

Leaders of Khanh Hoa Newspaper and other units and localities handed over houses and gave gifts to the family.

The new house was started on April 17, with an area of ^​​50m2 , solidly built with 3 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, and outbuildings; the total construction cost was 130 million VND, of which Khanh Hoa Newspaper supported 70 million VND from the newspaper's Charity Fund (formed from contributions from leaders, staff, reporters, and editors in the agency). The house was built in response to the campaign "Each organization, each individual is associated with a humanitarian address" of the province. Thereby, contributing to spreading the spirit of "mutual love", promptly supporting difficult circumstances, helping people stabilize their lives.

Over the past 5 years, Khanh Hoa Newspaper has supported and coordinated the construction of 28 gratitude houses for poor, near-poor households and families in especially difficult circumstances in the province.
