The strongest wind near the center of the storm was level 13, gusting to level 16. The storm moved in a West-Northwest direction, at a speed of about 15 km/hour.

At 4:00 a.m. on November 11, the center of the storm was located at about 17.8 degrees North latitude; 110.8 degrees East longitude, in the eastern sea of ​​the North East Sea, about 200 km northwest of the Hoang Sa sea. The strongest wind near the center of the storm was level 11, gusting to level 14. The storm moved southwest at a speed of about 15 km/h, then gradually weakened.

At 4:00 a.m. on November 12, the center of the storm was at about 16.1 degrees North latitude; 109.3 degrees East longitude, over the sea of ​​Quang Tri - Quang Ngai . The strongest wind was 6-7, gusting to level 19. The storm moved southwest at a speed of about 10 km/h, then gradually weakened into a tropical depression.

From the next 72 to 96 hours, the tropical depression will move in the southwest direction, about 10km per hour, and its intensity will continue to weaken.

At sea, in the North East Sea, the wind is strong at level 8-11, near the storm center it is level 12-14, gusting at level 17, waves are 4.0-6.0m high, near the center it is 7.0-9.0m; the sea is very rough. Ships operating in the above-mentioned dangerous areas are likely to be affected by storms, whirlwinds, strong winds, and big waves.

Northern region has sunny days, cold nights and mornings

Forecast from the night of November 8 to November 10, the North, Thanh Hoa and Nghe An will have no rain at night, sunny days, early mornings will have scattered fog and light fog. Cold at night and early morning.
