On the occasion of Valentine's Day according to the concept of Western countries, Hanoi Museum coordinated with other units to organize a music show with the theme True Love Seasons. The show featured the appearance of top music stars. Diva My Linh brought songs that made her brand. Accompanying My Linh was a singer of her generation, People's Artist Tan Minh. Meanwhile, young singer Duc Phuc made the audience excited with songs about love such as: First Day, We still love each other, I do (Em dong y), Hon ca yeu... The show was performed on a glass stage set up in the middle of the lake at Hanoi Museum. The transparent glass floor with a multi-layered lighting system contributed to creating a unique effect for the show. Singers and audiences all recognized that Hanoi Museum is an ideal space to organize luxurious, high-quality art programs.

Director of Hanoi Museum Nguyen Tien Da said: “In recent years, Hanoi Museum has continuously innovated in its activities. Along with perfecting the regular exhibition system, we have implemented many activities such as: Education , experience, art exhibition, art performance organization... combining technology application in activities. True Love Seasons is the first program that the museum has cooperated with other parties to implement, and will be implemented regularly to create an art brand. These activities create more cultural and artistic space in the spirit of creativity for the museum”.

In fact, the activities of the Hanoi Museum have made strong changes since the Covid-19 pandemic. The museum has taken advantage of social networking platforms to promote the unique features and innovations in its activities and attract a large number of young people to both check-in and explore the museum's activities. In 2023, the museum has implemented nearly 20 exhibitions. Many exhibitions have created high interaction with visitors such as the theme "Uncle Ho with Hanoi Capital" and Lotus Calligraphy Art Space; the exhibition "Fragments"; the theme "Old Traditions"... Some exhibitions have used multimedia audiovisual exhibition technology, 3D-mapping technology to attract visitors, bringing the public a completely new interactive exhibition experience.

These activities will continue to be strongly implemented in 2024-2025 with activities such as: "Year of Dragon telling Dragon stories", "Old Hanoi Tet flavor" on the occasion of Tet Giap Thin 2024; Capital souvenir fair in 2024; "Red River civilization comes to Hanoi streets" on the occasion of the 70th anniversary of the Liberation of the Capital... Hanoi Museum regularly invites artisans who are the subjects of heritage to directly participate in introducing and demonstrating traditional crafts such as making To he, conical hats, Me Tri green rice, Bat Trang pottery village... or social customs and beliefs, art performances such as: Water puppetry, ca tru, hat xam... The museum is also a venue for many national and city events, where many conferences, seminars, and talks take place... These activities bring a new look to Hanoi Museum. In 2024, Hanoi Museum will welcome an average of 12,000 visitors per month.

With the advantage of preserving a valuable heritage treasure of more than 73,000 original documents and artifacts on the natural history and social history of the thousand-year-old capital, with a large, modern campus and space, Hanoi Museum still has a lot of room to develop into the largest creative space in the capital. In December 2024, the city launched the Hanoi Creative Activities Coordination Center located at the museum, jointly managed by the Hanoi Museum and the Architecture Magazine. This continues to be a new driving force for the Hanoi Museum to promote its creative activities.

Standing Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee Le Hong Son requested that the Hanoi Museum continue to coordinate with the City Civil Construction Investment Project Management Board to implement the professional content serving the construction of the Hanoi Museum exhibition project to serve visitors in October 2025. The Hanoi Museum needs to organize the implementation of the Project on exploiting public assets to increase revenue for the unit; at the same time, coordinate with organizations, individuals, and artists to organize creative activities at the museum; organize tourism promotion, cooperate with domestic and foreign travel companies to build tours and tourist destinations for the Hanoi Museum.
