Around the morning of November 8, storm Yinxing is likely to move into the East Sea, becoming storm number 7. The storm will be at its strongest level 14, gusting to level 17 before entering the East Sea, weakening when approaching Vietnam's waters and encountering cold air.
According to the National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting, as of 7:00 p.m. tonight (November 6), the center of storm Yinxing is located in the sea northeast of Luzon Island (Philippines). The strongest wind near the center of the storm is level 14 (150-166 km/h), gusting to level 17. Moving slowly in the West-Northwest direction, speed 5-10 km/h.
It is forecasted that in the next 24 hours, Typhoon Yinxing will maintain its direction of movement at a speed of 10km/h. By 7pm tomorrow night (November 7), the centre of the storm will be in the sea north of Lu Dong Island. The storm's intensity will remain at its strongest level of level 14, gusting to level 17.

From the next 72 to 120 hours, the storm is likely to change direction to move West Southwest, traveling 10-15km per hour, and continue to weaken.
Meteorological experts say that when entering the eastern sea of the North East Sea, the storm will be at level 12-13. When entering the East Sea, the storm is likely to be affected by cold air, the sea surface temperature will decrease and the environment will also change. Therefore, the intensity of the storm will also change, especially when entering the northeastern area of the Hoang Sa archipelago.
Due to the influence of storm Yinxing, in the eastern sea area of the North East Sea, the wind is strong at level 6-7.
From the evening and night of November 7, the storm will increase to level 8-10, the area near the storm center will be level 11-13, gusting to level 16, waves 4-6m high, the area near the center will be 6-8m, the sea will be very rough.
