Arresting a wanted suspect for murder.

On June 20, 2023, the Criminal Police Department of the Provincial Police announced the arrest of Nguyen Duy Anh, born in 1987, residing in Trung Son Ward, Tam Diep City, a fugitive wanted for "murder."

Previously, on November 24, 2022, at a beer quán in Tay Son ward, Tam Diep city, due to a personal conflict with Truong Van Nghia, born in 1984, from Lac Van commune, Nho Quan district, Nguyen Duy Anh used a broken glass beer bottle to hit Nghia 39 times on the head and face. He then continued to stab Nghia in the hip with a broken beer bottle, causing multiple injuries that required emergency treatment at Ninh Binh Provincial General Hospital. During the pursuit of the wanted suspect, the Criminal Police Department of the Provincial Police mobilized maximum forces and resources, and implemented a comprehensive set of arrest measures. As a result, on June 20, 2023, Nguyen Duy Anh was arrested while hiding in Tan Uyen City, Binh Duong Province.

Nguyen Duy Anh has been charged with "murder" and is under investigation and prosecution according to the law. Nguyen Duy Anh is a drug addict and has a long criminal record for offenses such as "intentional infliction of injury" and "resisting public officials."
