Arrest warrant issued for the extremely dangerous wanted suspect.

On November 25th, the Office of the Criminal Investigation Agency of the Bac Lieu Provincial Police announced that they had coordinated with the Bac Lieu City Police and the Trang Bom District Police ( Dong Nai province ) to urgently arrest suspect Truong Linh (26 years old, residing in Bien Dong B Hamlet, Vinh Trach Dong Commune, Bac Lieu City), who was wanted as a particularly dangerous fugitive for the act of sexual intercourse with a person aged between 13 and under 16 years old.

Truong Linh was arrested urgently for evading a warrant for his arrest as a particularly dangerous fugitive.

According to the case file, in late 2019, Linh met and developed a relationship with LTV (14 years old, residing in the same locality). The two lived together as husband and wife and had a child together.

On January 30, 2023, Linh was charged by the Criminal Investigation Agency of Bac Lieu City Police with having sexual intercourse with a person aged between 13 and under 16 years old. Simultaneously, a preventive measure prohibiting her from leaving her place of residence was applied.

During the investigation, Linh fled the area and was issued a wanted notice by the Bac Lieu City Police Investigation Agency as a particularly dangerous fugitive for the aforementioned offense.

Recently, based on information from residents who discovered Linh hiding in an apartment in Lo Duc hamlet (Ho Nai 3 commune, Trang Bom district), the Criminal Investigation Agency of Bac Lieu Provincial Police, in coordination with Trang Bom District Police, urgently arrested Linh.

Currently, Linh has been transferred and handed over to the Criminal Investigation Agency of Bac Lieu City Police to continue the investigation and clarify her actions of evading an arrest warrant and engaging in sexual intercourse with a person aged between 13 and under 16 years old.
