Closing the 1st Congress of Dak Lak Provincial Party Committee, term 2025 - 2030

On the morning of October 1, continuing the working program, the 1st Congress of Dak Lak Provincial Party Committee, term 2025 - 2030, carried out a number of important contents and closed the Congress.

The Congress listened to comrade Dinh Thi Thu Thanh, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission, briefly present a report synthesizing comments on the draft documents to be submitted to the 14th National Congress of the Party.

Accordingly, most opinions basically agree with the content of the draft documents of the 14th National Party Congress, affirming that the documents have been carefully, meticulously, thoroughly prepared, of high quality, with theoretical and practical content, comprehensive, complete and substantive assessment, in accordance with the Party's viewpoint of "Looking straight at the truth, stating the truth, correctly assessing the truth"; the language is easy to understand, precise, scientific , and basically crystallizes the wisdom and results of implementing the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress. The documents also ensure the inheritance of the contents stated in the documents of previous Congresses, are consistent with reality and clearly demonstrate the innovation of thinking to create a comprehensive breakthrough to bring the country into a new era, an era of national development.

In particular, the draft Political Report of the 14th National Party Congress has many new points, from the topic to the report's structure, with clear and concise messages in each content of the strategic orientation.

Delegates also proposed a number of ideas such as: it is necessary to soon issue guidelines for implementing Resolution No. 71-NQ/TW, dated August 22, 2025 of the Politburo on breakthroughs in education and training development; Resolution No. 72-NQ/TW, dated September 9, 2025 of the Politburo on "a number of breakthrough solutions, strengthening protection, care and improvement of people's health" to achieve the goals in the coming period.

At the congress, comrade Do Huu Huy, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, also briefly presented a report synthesizing comments on the draft documents submitted to the 1st Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030.

In summary, there were 79 comments on the draft Document of the Provincial Party Congress. Most of the comments highly agreed with the draft Document and assessed that the draft Document had been carefully, seriously, thoroughly and methodically prepared; the content was highly general, closely following the major policies and orientations of the Central Government.

In addition, delegates also proposed to supplement, complete and clarify some contents to evaluate, comment, forecast, goals, viewpoints, tasks and solutions for implementation in the coming time such as: GRDP per capita target; poverty rate, new rural construction, new party member development; national defense and security...

Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Huynh Thi Chien Hoa announced the Politburo's Decision appointing a delegation of 35 official delegates and 3 alternate delegates from the Dak Lak Provincial Party Committee to attend the 14th National Congress of the Party.

Also at the congress, comrade Nguyen Dinh Vien, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Chief of the Provincial Party Office, Head of the Secretariat presented the draft Resolution of the Congress. The congress resolved and approved the basic contents of the Political Report of the Provincial Party Executive Committee for the 2020-2025 term to be presented to the 1st Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030. The congress agreed on 18 main targets; agreed on 8 key tasks, 3 breakthroughs and main solutions in the 5 years of the 2025-2030 term.

The Congress approved the Report reviewing the leadership and direction of the Provincial Party Executive Committee for the 2020-2025 term; reports synthesizing opinions of Party organizations at all levels and people of all walks of life in the province contributing to the draft documents submitted to the 14th National Congress of the Party and receiving opinions from delegates at the Congress.

The Congress assigned the Provincial Party Executive Committee, term I, 2025 - 2030, based on the Resolution of the 1st Provincial Party Congress and on the basis of thoroughly grasping the Resolution of the 14th National Party Congress, to develop programs, resolutions, and work plans to deploy and implement the Resolution of the Congress.

Delegates attending the congress voted unanimously to pass the draft Resolution of the 1st Dak Lak Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030 with a rate of 100%.

In his closing speech at the Congress, comrade Nguyen Dinh Trung, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee affirmed: With the spirit of urgency, seriousness, democracy, solidarity and responsibility, the 1st Congress of the Dak Lak Provincial Party Committee, term 2025 - 2030 has completed all the contents and programs set out, leaving many important marks, opening a new development path full of confidence, determination and aspiration for the Dak Lak Provincial Party Committee.

Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Dinh Trung suggested that, immediately after the congress, along with focusing on propaganda about the 14th National Congress of the Party, Party organizations at all levels in the province must organize extensive propaganda about the results of the congress; well organize the dissemination and development of action plans and programs to implement the Congress Resolution, turning political determination into drastic actions. In addition, promote the building and rectification of the Party and the political system to be clean and strong; flexible, creative, make the most of the opportunities of integration and digital transformation, create strong breakthroughs in socio-economic development, firmly ensure national defense and security, improve people's lives, preserve and promote the cultural identity of ethnic communities.

Entering a new development stage, the Party Committee and People of Dak Lak province are facing great opportunities, but also many challenges; to realize the development aspirations, the Congress calls on Party committees, Party organizations, authorities, the Fatherland Front and mass organizations; all cadres, Party members and people of all walks of life in the province to continue to promote the spirit of solidarity, joint efforts, consensus, proactiveness, creativity, seize opportunities, overcome difficulties, overcome challenges, promote the patriotic emulation movement, determined to strive to successfully complete the goals and tasks set out in the Resolution of the 1st Provincial Party Congress, build Dak Lak province to develop rapidly, sustainably, civilized, with identity, contributing worthily to the revolutionary cause of the Party and the nation in the new era, the era of the Vietnamese nation's rise.
