Closing Conference on Party work training in 2023

Attending the Conference, delegates listened to the topics conveyed by the reporters on the key contents in Party building work: organization work, inspection and supervision work, especially the new regulations issued by the Party Central Committee and the Party Committee of the Central Agencies Bloc.

In his closing speech at the Conference, Comrade Pham Tan Tuyen, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Ministry, Chief of Office of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment emphasized: Through the Conference, delegates were equipped with more basic knowledge, skills to solve and remove difficulties in the process of implementing Party building work, giving many specific opinions and discussions; the reporters carefully prepared the lecture content to convey to the Conference, closely combining the communication of basic theoretical issues with practical application. At the same time, through the Conference, difficulties and problems in the process of implementing Party work at the grassroots level were promptly resolved, contributing to the success of the Conference.

Comrade Nhu Quang Canh, Member of the Executive Committee of the Party Committee of the Central Agencies, Permanent Deputy Head of the Inspection Commission of the Party Committee of the Central Agencies, delivered a speech at the Conference.

Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment Pham Tan Tuyen hopes that delegates need to continue to study and grasp the profession, especially the new points and additional contents in the regulations and instructions for implementing the Party Charter to advise the Party Committee in the work of organizing and building the Party, especially, to complete the contents of the work program and key tasks set out in the last 3 months of the year on the work of organizing and building the Party.

In which, focusing on the following contents: Regarding propaganda work, it is necessary to advise on organizing a Conference to disseminate and implement the Resolution of the 8th Central Committee of the 13th Party Congress; continue to propagate and implement the Resolution of the 4th Conference of the 13th Party Central Committee on promoting Party building and rectification and the political system; resolutely prevent, repel, and strictly handle cadres and Party members who have degraded in politics, ethics, lifestyle, and manifestations of "self-evolution" and "self-transformation".

Strengthen the work of grasping the situation and ideological developments of cadres, party members and the masses; proactively provide information to promptly orient information for cadres and party members, focus on doing a good job of propaganda, orienting ideology, encouraging cadres and party members to work with peace of mind, especially in affiliated units with changes in organizational structure according to Decree 68/2022/ND-CP, dated September 22, 2022 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment. Continue to direct the implementation of Conclusion No. 21-KL/TW dated October 25, 2021 of the Party Central Committee, Conclusion No. 01-KL/TW dated May 18, 2021 of the Politburo, the 2023 Topic and new documents of the Central Committee, of the Party Committee of the Central Agencies.

Comrade Pham Tan Tuyen, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment, delivered the closing speech at the Conference.

Regarding the work of Party building and organization, it is necessary to continue to implement and direct new Party committees to perfect the organizational apparatus, complete the review and supplement of the planning of Party committees and inspection committees of subordinate Party committees for the 2020-2025 term and the planning for the 2025-2030 term according to Instruction No. 02-HD/ĐUK dated March 17, 2022 of the Party Committee of the Central Agencies and Instruction No. 661-HD/ĐU dated May 25, 2022 of the Party Committee of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment.

Continue to implement and direct the implementation of the process of completing and supplementing Party Committee members at all levels for the 2020-2025 term that are lacking compared to the Personnel Plan approved by the competent Party Committee. Continue to strictly implement the regulations and directives of the Central Committee, the Party Committee of the Bloc, the Party Executive Committee, and the Party Committee of the Ministry on internal political protection work in the current situation.

At the same time, continue to study, thoroughly grasp and promptly concretize and institutionalize the Party's guidelines and policies on natural resources and environmental management stated in the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress and thematic resolutions of the Central Executive Committee into mechanisms, policies and laws of the State; lead, direct, guide, urge, inspect, examine and organize the good implementation of mechanisms, policies and laws after they are promulgated or approved; direct the good implementation of information, propaganda, dissemination and legal education to raise awareness and responsibility of the whole society for environmental protection.

Regarding mass mobilization work and the leadership of mass organizations, it is necessary to continue directing subordinate Party committees to coordinate with leaders of agencies and units to implement the mass mobilization work regulations of the political system, improving the effectiveness of mass mobilization work of Party committees of state agencies.

At the same time, leaders of mass organizations and socio-political organizations under the Ministry complete tasks and work contents for the last 3 months of 2023 according to the Plan; coordinate well in implementing the grassroots democracy regulations; pay attention to building and consolidating mass organizations and associations at all levels; actively participate in Party building, building clean and strong agencies and units.
