Closing Ceremony of the Dong Nai Children's Festival, Cluster 1

(Dong Nai) - After two days of lively events, on the evening of June 2nd, the City Youth Union and the Department of Education and Training jointly organized the closing ceremony of the Dong Nai Children's Festival (Cluster 1) 2026.

According to the Organizing Committee: The Dong Nai Children's Festival (Cluster 1) took place over two days with 10 activity groups, attracting thousands of children to participate in fun activities, experiences, interactions, and skill development. Topics such as preventing drowning and preventing child abuse in cyberspace contributed to equipping children with the necessary knowledge and skills to protect themselves in life and in the digital environment.

Another highlight of the festival was the launch of the Dong Nai City Children's Council with 125 children; and the successful organization of the first meeting of the Children's Council, which received 52 opinions and recommendations on issues related to children.

In his closing remarks at the festival, City Party Committee member, Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the city, and Secretary of the City Youth Union, Nguyen Minh Kien, affirmed: The activities at the festival not only brought immediate joy but also served as a foundation for further improving the model of the Dong Nai Children's Festival to become a brand and an annual event.
