Provincial Social Insurance organizes a training conference on new points of the Law on Social Insurance and Health Insurance

On October 4, in Hong Gai ward, the provincial Social Insurance organized a training conference on new points of the Social Insurance Law No. 41/2025/QH15, the Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Health Insurance Law No. 51/2014/QH13, and decrees and circulars guiding their implementation.

At the conference, 150 delegates who are officers of specialized and professional departments and grassroots social insurance agencies under the provincial social insurance were informed of new points and important adjustments in the Social Insurance Law, Health Insurance Law and related guiding documents; focusing on contents such as: Expanding the subjects participating in social insurance, amending the conditions for receiving one-time social insurance, supplementing health insurance benefits for participants, reforming administrative procedures and improving the efficiency of social insurance and health insurance fund management...

Also within the framework of the program, delegates were informed of the spirit and content of Official Dispatch No. 2244/BHXH-QLT dated September 15, 2025 of Vietnam Social Security on strengthening collection management, developing participants and reducing social insurance and health insurance debt.

The conference spent time discussing, receiving and answering questions from the grassroots in the process of implementing the new regulations. All questions were satisfactorily answered by the leaders of the provincial Social Insurance and the team of reporters, contributing to solving difficulties and problems from practice.

Through the conference, social insurance officers at all levels promptly and fully grasped the content of new policies, thereby improving the quality of organizing and implementing social insurance, health insurance and unemployment insurance regimes in the province, meeting the requirements of tasks in the new period.
