Attending the incense offering ceremony were comrades: Le Tri Thanh - Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee; Phan Van Binh - Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Board; Nguyen Cong Thanh - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; representatives of leaders of departments, branches of the province and Tay Giang district.

In a solemn atmosphere, Provincial Party Secretary Luong Nguyen Minh Triet and delegates respectfully offered flowers and incense to express their deep gratitude for the great contributions and sacrifices of heroes and martyrs in the struggle for national liberation, construction and protection of the country. Today's generations vow to continue to inherit and promote revolutionary traditions, unite to compete in labor production, and are determined to build the homeland and the country increasingly prosperous.

Tay Giang District Martyrs Cemetery is the resting place of 130 heroes and martyrs from many regions of the country. During the resistance wars, they fought bravely and remained in the border area here.
