BIC appoints new Deputy General Director.

On April 6, 2026, in Hanoi, BIDV Insurance Corporation (BIC) held a ceremony to announce the appointment of Mr. Nguyen Minh Tuan as the new Deputy General Director of BIC.

Attending the ceremony were Mr. Tran Hoai An – Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the Board of Directors of BIC; Ms. Doan Thi Thu Huyen – Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Member of the Board of Directors, General Director of BIC; and leaders of various units.

Mr. Nguyen Minh Tuan has been appointed as Deputy General Director of BIC.

Mr. Nguyen Minh Tuan joined BIC in 2006 and has held the position of Director of many member units such as: BIC Hanoi , BIC Northwest, BIC Lao Cai, BIC Thang Long, and BIC Hong Ha. From April 1, 2026, he officially holds the position of Deputy General Director of BIC.

In his remarks assigning the new role, BIC Chairman Tran Hoai An congratulated Mr. Nguyen Minh Tuan on his appointment and emphasized his expectation that Mr. Tuan will continue to leverage his practical experience, leadership skills, and sharp business acumen demonstrated over many years of service. BIC leaders are confident that Mr. Nguyen Minh Tuan will make significant contributions to accelerating BIC's business operations, expanding market share, and supporting units within the system in effectively implementing development strategies for the new phase.

In his acceptance speech, Mr. Nguyen Minh Tuan thanked the Board of Directors and the General Corporation's leadership for their trust, and pledged to make every effort to successfully complete the assigned tasks, focusing on developing business operations, promoting digital transformation in sales, improving customer service quality, and sustainably developing distribution channels.

The appointment of a new Deputy General Director marks a significant step in strengthening BIC's leadership structure, contributing to enhanced operational capacity and creating a solid foundation for future development directions. In the context of a constantly changing and increasingly competitive insurance market, the addition of highly capable and experienced leadership personnel will help BIC maintain stability, improve operational efficiency, and expand growth opportunities.
