Binh Dinh attracts investors.

At the Binh Dinh Province Investment Promotion Conference 2025, experts, organizations, and businesses highly appreciated the potential, unique advantages, and the efforts and determination of Binh Dinh to develop; they also exchanged and shared much important information, helping to make the work of attracting and cooperating in investment to develop Binh Dinh's economy more effective.

Binh Dinh has enormous potential and room for growth, and it possesses all the necessary conditions to accelerate its development.

Currently, Binh Dinh is one of the localities with relatively comprehensive development in the last 10 years. Its potential for marine economic development is based on four strengths: seaports; coastal economic zones; island and coastal tourism; and fisheries. Binh Dinh's development potential is based on five pillars of growth: industry, tourism, high-tech agriculture , port and logistics services, and urban economy linked to urbanization .

For sustainable development and adaptation to the trends of the times, Binh Dinh is developing a green economy, a circular economy; innovation - AI; big data centers; semiconductor industry, IT... Binh Dinh is developing harmoniously and comprehensively according to a model of 2 regions, including the North and South, which are shaping the economic space; 3 development poles: Hoai Nhon town, Quy Nhon city and Tay Son district; 3 economic corridors: National Highway 1, the coastal area and East-West along National Highway 19. Along with that, Binh Dinh maintains 58% forest cover; green economy is the main development direction; and at the same time balances economic growth with social equity and environmental progress.

Binh Dinh possesses a comprehensive transportation system; a large reserve of undeveloped land with attractive pricing; abundant labor resources; advanced science and technology; and a healthy investment environment. In particular, Binh Dinh always prioritizes its people and businesses, committing to supporting, sharing, and facilitating sustainable and long-term investment and development for corporations and enterprises.

Guided by planning, prioritized infrastructure investment, quick adaptation to contemporary trends, and excellent public service from the local government, Binh Dinh is becoming an attractive destination for investors.

I was truly impressed with the beautiful scenery in Quy Nhon City and deeply appreciated the hospitality that the leaders of Binh Dinh province extended to our delegation over the past few days. Attending the Investment Promotion Conference in Binh Dinh was an opportunity for us to introduce the potential and investment development policies of Kazakhstan; and at the same time, to gather more information from the Binh Dinh government and businesses.

We have observed that Binh Dinh in particular, and Vietnam in general, have many new policies on the development of information technology and high-tech applied industries. These are also strengths of Kazakhstan and are being encouraged for development. As Ambassador, I will strive to promote cooperation in the development of these areas. Binh Dinh has a beautiful coastline, many famous scenic spots , and friendly people, making it an attractive tourist destination for Kazakhstani people in the future.

Mr. Thorsten Fastenau, Executive Vice President of PNE Group (Federal Republic of Germany): PNE is determined to implement the Hon Trau offshore wind power project in Binh Dinh province.

The corporation is developing the Hon Trau offshore wind power project in Binh Dinh province, with a total capacity of approximately 2,000 MW, divided into 3 phases, each with a capacity of up to 750 MW, and a total estimated investment of approximately US$4.6 billion. Phase 1, known as “Hon Trau 1”, has a capacity of 750 MW and is expected to be operational in 2030.

Over the past five years, PNE has consistently received attention and support from high-ranking leaders of the Vietnamese Government and the Federal Republic of Germany. PNE has also received active support from leaders of various ministries and agencies in Vietnam and Binh Dinh province. This provides a solid foundation for our confidence in the Hon Trau offshore wind power project in Binh Dinh, Vietnam. Nam will succeed. The corporation has dedicated significant time, effort, and resources, and is determined to successfully implement the project. PNE hopes to receive early approval for the investment policy and marine survey permit to proceed with the next steps of the project.
