QNgTV - On the afternoon of January 29th, the Nghia Lo Ward Association for the Promotion of Learning held its inaugural General Assembly for the 2026-2031 term.

The founding congress of the Nghia Lo Ward Association for the Promotion of Learning, term 2026 - 2031, was held.

The Nghia Lo Ward Association for the Promotion of Learning was established by merging the Associations for the Promotion of Learning of Nghia Lo, Quang Phu, Tran Phu, and Le Hong Phong wards, with over 16,600 members operating in 34 branches. During the past term, the movement to promote learning and talent development has spread widely, effective learning models have been implemented, and the social mobilization efforts have yielded many positive results.

The Congress elected the first Executive Committee consisting of 15 members; Mr. Duong Tan Duc was elected Chairman of the Nghia Lo Ward Association for the Promotion of Learning for the 2026-2031 term.
