Launching the emulation campaign, Colonel Huynh Van Khoi, Political Commissar of the An Giang Provincial Military Command, called on all officers and soldiers of the provincial armed forces to promote the spirit of self-reliance, dynamism, creativity, and successfully complete the contents and targets of the emulation campaign "Raise high the August red flag - Emulate to win 3 firsts", in order to better meet the requirements and tasks set forth in the new situation.
Representatives of agencies and units under the Military Command of An Giang province signed the emulation agreement.
The competition period is from July 10 to October 31, 2025. The provincial armed forces compete with the following contents and criteria: First, the highest will, awareness, and responsibility. Second, the highest results in performing political tasks. Third, the most disciplined construction, law enforcement, and strict discipline; military administrative reform, breakthrough innovation, creativity, digital transformation, and the implementation of the "Digital Education for the People" movement achieve the highest results.

An Giang province's armed forces are determined to successfully carry out the emulation campaign.
The provincial armed forces compete with the target of 100% of officers and soldiers having strong political will, absolute loyalty to the Party, the Fatherland, the People and the socialist regime; grasping the situation of the country, the tasks of the army and the unit; overcoming difficulties and hardships, successfully completing assigned tasks. Strictly implementing the resolution on improving the quality of training in the period of 2023-2030 and the following years.
Organize training according to the motto, viewpoint, principles, and connections. Train the subjects to ensure 100% of the number of troops; 100% of the test results meet the requirements, of which 75% or more are good or excellent. Organize practice, competitions, and sports events at all levels to ensure practicality, achieve high results, and ensure safety.
Compete to synchronously and effectively implement digital transformation; the movement of "Digital Education for the People" in the provincial armed forces. Promote document digitization, personal digital signature, 100% processing of non-confidential documents, and complete work in the electronic environment. Strive to have over 80% of officers and soldiers understand digital transformation, digital knowledge and skills; use smart devices to exploit information, use essential digital platforms and services.
The emulation campaign aims to practically celebrate the 80th anniversary of the successful August Revolution (August 19, 1945 - August 19, 2025) and the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (September 2, 1945 - September 2, 2025), welcome the 13th Provincial Military Party Congress, the 11th Military Region 9 Party Congress, the 11th Military Emulation Congress, and the 12th Military Party Congress.
