Hanoi proposes awarding state-level commendations to two collectives.

The Emulation and Commendation Board (Hanoi City Department of Internal Affairs) has issued Official Letter No. 499/BTD-HCTH regarding the publication of information on proposed State-level commendations.

The official document states: The City's Emulation and Commendation Board (the Standing Agency of the City's Emulation and Commendation Council) received Submission No. 555/TTr-CĐYTHN dated March 13, 2025, from Hanoi Medical College requesting the President to award the First Class Labor Medal to the school as a whole, and Submission No. 11/TTr-CĐNT dated August 11, 2025, from Hanoi College of Arts requesting the President to award the Third Class Labor Medal to the Training and Student Affairs Department of Hanoi College of Arts.

Based on Clause 2, Article 44 of Government Decree No. 152/2025/ND-CP dated June 14, 2025, which stipulates the public disclosure of collectives and individuals nominated for state-level awards, and in order to provide a basis for reporting to the City Emulation and Commendation Council for review and submission to higher-level awarding bodies as prescribed, the City Emulation and Commendation Board publicly discloses information to solicit public opinion regarding two collectives: Hanoi College of Medical Sciences and the Training and Student Affairs Department of Hanoi College of Arts.
