Practical model of "Mobile public services"

(CT) - To meet the necessary requirements of people and businesses, the leaders of the Party Committee and People's Committee of Vinh Chau Ward (Can Tho City) have directed the implementation of the "Mobile Public Service" model. The implementation time is once a month on the last Sunday of the month (implemented from August 2025), the points for receiving documents and returning results are at schools, headquarters of the People's Committee of the hamlet and densely populated areas.

People are supported and guided enthusiastically when coming to do administrative procedures at the mobile point.

The purpose of implementing the "Mobile Public Service" model is to meet the necessary requirements of people in performing simple administrative procedures; improve the quality and efficiency of handling administrative procedures at the Public Administration Service Center. Create favorable conditions for people to access and perform administrative procedures, save time, travel costs, and shorten processing time. Thereby contributing to building a democratic and transparent administrative service, strengthening the trust of people and businesses in State administrative agencies.

It is known that on the first day of implementing the "Mobile Public Service" model (August 24), Vinh Chau Ward Public Administration Service Center processed 360 files on the spot. The most popular mobile files that people came to do included the following areas: subsidy procedures for the elderly; certification of copies from original documents and papers issued or certified by competent agencies and organizations; certification of signatures in documents and papers (applicable to both cases of fingerprint certification and cases where the person requesting certification cannot sign or fingerprint); instructions for registering birth registration procedures; confirmation of residence information; registration for level 2 electronic identification accounts (VNeID)...
